Approach
As a client of PRJS Directors you will receive a uniquely pragmatic approach, comprising pro-activity and hard work.  You will not be asked to pay astronomical up-front fees or be sold a retained headhunt that really only consists of a database search. 

 

You will find that we do nothing but work with senior PR practitioners at or above director level.  Every day that passes sees our network of senior contacts broaden across every sector of the industry. 

 

Contingency recruitment
A majority of PRJS Directors’ clients take advantage of our risk-free, non-retained ‘contingency’ recruitment service – payment only on the successful completion of the hire.  You are advised to consider this core service as an optimal method for a number of reasons.

 

First and foremost, we believe that as highly experienced and well-networked consultants it is our job to have talent at our fingertips.  You should be able to access the very best calibre candidates in a short space of time and without the need for a prolonged search process, except in exceptional circumstances or very difficult sectors. 

 

Secondly, your industry is relatively small.  Many of the biggest names in PR and communications are already known to PRJS Directors and we are already working hand-in-hand with them to further their careers.  There is, quite literally, a limited amount of large-scale search that can be done within the PR industry. 

 

Finally, we believe in working hard for our clients and delivering excellence.  You take on a substantial risk by engaging any recruitment or headhunting company with retained work.  Your bottom line can be damaged by unnecessary outlay and our ethos is to minimise risk whilst promising only what we can deliver.

   

Retained work
If your requirements are particularly niche, unusual, sensitive or large-scale, we can offer you a tailored ‘retained search’ that charges purely on time spent, rather than an arbitrary fee based on a percentage of salary.   This process not only gives you transparent value for money but it also delivers thorough reporting and set parameters within agreed timeframes. 

 

There is no justification in charging you an arbitrary 1/3 of the fee up front when that figure may bear no resemblance to the size of the project or work actually done.  We like to be paid for the work we do and deliver on our promises.  All search projects are different, tailored to your individual requirements and reported back to you in a transparent way.

 

Return on investment
Importantly, PRJS Directors is obsessed with the issue of delivering a proper return on investment.  Our approach is to make your senior recruitment process as pleasant and risk-free as possible.  We are also careful to only promise you what we can deliver.
